This is a late entry but better late then never.  Danny was a good friend during our school days at O.W. Best and Lowrey way back in the 1960's.  For a short while when we were kids, we went into the lawn mowing business.  We would walk down the street pushing an old push mower,asking residence of each house if they wanted their lawn mowed.  Danny was more extroverted so he would give the sales pitch, offering front and back mowed for four dollars.  We used the money for hamburgers, malts, and songs on the jute box at a little restaurant on Van Born Blvd.  Last saw Danny at the 40 year reunion and we had a great time that night.  He will be missed.
