James A. McKay passed away Saturday, February 13 at the age of 64. He was born December 21, 1951 in Detroit, MI, the son of Arla and Carl McKay. Surviving are his wife, Norma, daughter Christy (Jim) Bertl and grandchildren Bryce and Brynn Bertl, all of Fowlerville, MI. Brothers, Mark (Suzanne) McKay of New Boston, MI, Mike (Jeanine) McKay of Dearborn Heights, MI and Gary (Suzanne) McKay of Brighton, MI. Jim enjoyed drag racing; spent many weekends at the local strips with his brothers. Traveled many weekends to take in a National Drag race or NASCAR. Jim also was kept very busy with his grandkids. Whether it was Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball or Volleyball; he was there. A true fan of his grandkids
